CSS-TEC stands for Concept Software & Services Technology Education Center.
Currently we provide training for JAVA, Dot NET, and TIBCO, BW and BE.Integral to all course training is the premise of industry relevance and the real world application of technology implementation.
College training provides the main disciplines required to understand what knowledge is expected in an IT environment. Typically the focus is on theory. At CSS-TEC not only do you learn the skills that are currently required on the job but we also provide a “Path to Employment.”
At CSS-TEC we prefer to deliver training that will guarantee a job at the end of the course. With this in mind Concept Software and Services provides a GUARANTEE of a job at the end of the training. You can expect to find the training challenging but if you fulfill all of the assignments and tasks you can be assured of coming out of the training with a job.
It depends on the training module but usually the path to employment courses are for a period of 6 months.(4 months of training and 2 months time for projects and preparing the candidate for actual job.)
Course fees are based on the particular course you want to enroll on. BUT if you are on a specific “PATH TO EMPLOYMENT ” course then the costs are covered by the contract entered into and all remuneration received takes these costs into consideration. All program notes are updated on the website every day. Students can access course material with login details provided to them. In addition the trainers may provide the candidates with different study materials or links to websites where they can download the material or assignments. (We try to keep it “Green” as best as we can.)

Yes, we will help you install the software on your computer.
Each student attending the training needs to have a Laptop with the minimum configuration of Minimum of Dual Core CPU, 320 GB HDD and 2GB of memory.
Training is provided by industry specific experts either on-site or via instructor led remote online sessions. The training sessions are 60 mins to 90 mins in duration. During the training the trainer will share his desktop with the students or share a student’s desktop to share or explain as assignment. The sessions are interactive and students are expected to ask questions or make comments during the session.

Yes, all assignments are mini projects or real world examples. Assignments are key to understanding the course and the basis of contextual corporate knowledge.
Yes! You can ask questions in the class. Every person gets a chance to ask questions and talk to other participants on the course. There are also on-site instructors who are available to discuss course content, individual educational needs.
The training programs are scheduled for a minimum of 5 hours a day with appropriate breaks for lunch and coffee. The training starts at 8.30 pm and generally goes till 2.30 the latest. The students have the whole afternoon to themselves for doing any appropriate things howsoever they are encouraged to practice and work on the assignments to be better prepared for the next day’s training. During the training program the candidates are not employees of CSS-TEC and after class hours are able to work on their own time.
